Meeting Minutes of the
meeting of 1st of June 2014
The meeting
was called to order by President Sarah Huechteman on time.
25 Members and 4 guests were in attendance.
Sarah
announced that the minutes are posted on the blog. Treasurer reports will start to be posted on
the blog soon.
No
treasurers report this evening.
Community
Service: Bring your orphan blocks in
bundles of 5 to go into a drawing each month for a prize. Chris is going to head up community service
while Bonnie is stepping back for the summer time.
Tonights
program: Bees. Social bees, virtual bees online and
international, small group bees, Local bees.
Signups for

Reveal – Winner was Chris
Name Tag –
Next month’s challenge – Make a nametag.
Make it out of anything you want.
If you come wearing a name tag next month, you get an extra door prize
ticket.
Community
service sewing day – day will be announced coming soon on the Facebook
page. Sunday in the shop
Sewfest
Sunday Funday – fun sewing day at the shop.
Just come and sew whatever you want.
Just fun (Possibly once a quarter) date coming soon.
Quiltcon – signups
going on now. Consider renting
condos. Contact Chris if interested.
