The meeting
was called to order by President Sarah Huechteman on time.

Committee Reports
Welcomed and
performed introductions of guests. Advised
that last month’s minutes have been posted on the blog. Treasury report was
given by Sherrie. We now have 43 paying members in our guild.
Charity blocks
were collected. Charity quilt kits were made and offered up for people to take home
to complete. Charity sew day is the
first Sunday of January. Drawing
occurred and LeeAnn won.
Social Sew
Day is this upcoming Sunday at the shop from 1 pm to 6pm. Bring anything you want to sew and hang out.
No new
name tags.
Looking for
entrants for Bee #3. Tonight is the last chance for Bee 3. Revealed this month’s bee blocks.
TShirts for
QuiltCon have not yet been handled. Watch for an email. Attempting to get sample sizes from Tshirt
Company.
