Meeting Minutes of the
meeting of 3rd of June 2014
The meeting
was called to order by President Sarah Huechteman on time.
10 Visitors
and 20 members were in attendance.
Committee Reports
Welcomed and
performed introductions of guests.
Advised that last month’s minutes have been posted on the website.
Treasury report was given.
Community service and charity blocks were collected. Advised group of the criteria of charity blocks. For every 5 brought in, your name goes in a drawing for a prize. Any fabric and any style accepted. Finished block size should be an even number. Drawing for the prize occurred.

Joint effort
quilt was presented to previous president, Lori.
Creative
Cottage presentation occurred. Located in McKinney North on Lake Forest.
One Yard
Ripoff occurred. Next month’s challenge
project is to make something (anything) with all the radient orchid fabric you
received in the game.
Micheal
Miller Challenge Reveal and Voting occurred. Winner of gift basket is Joellen!
